All orders are baked fresh after you order, during our opening times if you require an order for a specific date please make sure you order in plenty of time, orders are typically baked, packaged and posted within 2 days of receiving your order except during busy times when we cant guarantee an exact delivery date but we will always let you know if theres a wait involved. When will my order be delivered? The cookies are baked fresh to order and are packaged and posted out as soon as they are ready.
POSTAGE COSTS
We have a flat rate of £5.50 per box of cookies this includes postage - royal mail 1st class and packaging
We no longer offer pick up our business model is delivery only
If ordering more than 1 box of cookies or if your interested in larger or wholesale orders please email us for a quote!
MINIMUM ORDER
We sell all our cookies in boxes of 4 only, you can choose 4 of the same flavour or a mixed flavour box or a special occasions box each listing has its own flavour choice and menu options,

We bake your cookies fresh to order and ship them as soon as they are ready. We carefully package each order to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
DAMAGES
we ensure on our end that your cookies are packaged safely and securely to prevent damage, however we take no responsibility for items damaged in transit and we canot accept returns and do not refund for any baked and shipped items! Thankyou.
